Throughout my time with the Women's Glee Club I constantly thrived to innovate and improve the club. During my tenure as Finance Manager, I participated in the first cohort of Org-Lead, a student leadership program organized by the University of Michigan's Center for Campus Involvement. For my capstone project, I created a Welcome Packet aimed at increasing new member retention rates by highlighting and explaining the various social and club related activities throughout the year.
