As President, I ensured the overall well-being of the Women’s Glee Club and the executive board. My focus was on optimizing the functionality of each role within Glee Club. By communicating my strategy, hosting leadership training, and meeting individually with various positions, I encouraged leaders to find innovative projects they could complete during their tenure.

Recruited 45+ auditionees by collaborating with the marketing team to organize new member outreach, including creative advertisements, email campaigns, and engagement follow-up.

As Secretary, I maintained attendance records, recorded meeting minutes, and organized communication for the Women’s Glee Club. I collaborated closely with the executive board to create consistent and uniform communications to Club members and outside interests

FINANCE MANAGER

As Finance Manager, I maintained accurate financial records for the Women’s Glee Club. I managed the processing of payments, reimbursements, and incoming funds through grants, member dues, and revenue.

Managed funds upwards of $30,000 and created semesterly budgets using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Secured $3,000 of grant funding to support Glee Club projects including an international tour to Italy.

Received the Lawrence E. Quinn Memorial Scholarship, which recognizes a member who goes out of their way to work toward the organization's success for designing and implementing a Welcome Pack to help increase new member retention from 50%-90%.

As a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Timbers, I lead a variety of camp activities including waterfront, sports and games, archery, arts and crafts, daily reflections, and weekly high-energy campfire sing-alongs.

Provided direct supervision and leadership in a cabin of 8-12 campers with ages 7-16, including escorting the cabin promptly, and providing audience control at all camp activities.

Women's Glee Club
The Lawrence E. Quinn Memorial Scholarship is an award given from the family of Lawrence E. Quinn, who is a Men’s Glee Club alumnus. This award is given in the amount of $4,000 to a member of the Men’s Glee Club, Women’s Glee Club, and Amazin’ Blue who exhibits exceptional passion for the choir, musicality, and goes out of their way to work towards the success and betterment of the organization.
